The 16 Most Beloved CEOs in 2018 (Employee’s Choice)

10 out of 16 glassdoor top rated ceos

Earlier this year, the world’s most transparent jobs and recruiting marketplace, Glassdoor, announced the winners of its annual Employees’ Choice Awards honouring the Highest Rated CEOs in 2018.

Unlike other workplace awards, the Glassdoor Employees’ Choice Awards are based on the input of employees who voluntarily provide feedback by completing a company review on whether they approve or disapprove of their CEO, along with insight into their job, work environment, and employer over the past year.

Although it is widely known that having a great CEO is crucial for any business, you may not realize how much of an impact your CEO can have on your talent acquisition efforts. Glassdoor research found that the quality of senior leadership is the second leading factor in employee satisfaction, which consequently influences a company’s Glassdoor reviews, referrals, and overall perception of your employer brand. So, the question is – which leaders today are doing the best job of engaging and motivating their workforce?

Here is a list of the top 16 executives recognized by Glassdoor through their annual Employees Choice Top CEOs 2018 Awards.
