Top 10 Overseas Scholarships M’sian Students Must Know to Study Abroad

Following the release of the Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) results, typically within the first quarter of the year, Malaysian high-school leavers (post Form 5 students) will have to decide on their next course of action. They will have to contemplate on factors such as “what field of study they should pursue” and “in what pre-university or foundation programs should they enroll?”. The options present today on the tertiary level of studies are abundant and can often lead to parents and students being spoilt for choice.

For those who aspire to study abroad, the other important element in the equation is often the financial aspect. Even a conventional 3-year business degree in countries such as Australia, United States, or the UK can easily amount up to over half a million ringgit. One option to overcome this is to seek for a scholarship that will enable you to pursue the degree of your choice at (hopefully) your preferred university, provided if you have managed to secure good results in your final examination of course.

For all the SPM or STPM leavers who have yet to secure a scholarship and interested to study abroad, we have compiled a list of scholarships suitable for your consideration:
